Shipping Policy
All order placed will be shipped with LalaMove. Shipping will occur the same day for orders place between Tuesday to Sunday 8:00am until 4:00pm. For orders place outside of these times, we will proceed with shipping once we are open for business again.
Below is an estimated cost of shipping:

(6.1-12 km) : +฿4.8 /km
(12.1-20 km) : +฿9 /km
(20.1-30 km) : +฿7.5 /km
(30+km): +฿14 /km

Remarks: Please note that the pricing of some service vehicle types are based on multiple factors such as order volume, driver availability etc. The total price of these service vehicle types may vary and can be higher or lower than the ones stated above.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- Website refers to NeverMind – The German Bakery, accessible from https://www.nevermindbakery.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order on delivery of your order
If for what ever reason you are not happy with you order, you may reject the delviery of Your Order. If you accept delviery of Your Order you are confirming that the goods you received are upto standard.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 1 day from the day on which You reject the delviery proccess. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
